About the artist
Filippo Zambon (Florence, 1981) is an Italian art photographer based in Helsinki. He studied Art History at the University of Florence and Fine Arts at the University of the Arts of Helsinki, where he completed an M.F.A. (2014). His work has been published and exhibited extensively in Europe. In 2018 he released his first monograph The Komi diary (ed. Lecturis) which won Finland’s Photobook of the Year Prize (Vuoden valokuvataidekirja). In 2025 is last book Goodbye Meadow was released (ed.The Angry Bat).
