Jason DeBose: Labryinth to Parking Space – Plovdiv, Bulgaria
Characterised by depth and a seemingly unending series of barriers between the point of capture and the residence that serves as the final background, Labryinth to Parking Space challenges the viewer to discern a practical path to the lone automobile contained in the center of the frame. Its autumn setting in the Bulgarian city of Plovdiv places it in the longest consistently inhabited human settlement on Earth.
