About the artist
Katri Krohn Lassila (b. 1979) is a Doctor of Arts and a photographic artist who works with silver gelatin photography, darkroom combination techniques, and essay film. Krohn Lassila is a founding member of the Finnish Darkroom Association and serves as vice chair of the board of the Association of Photographic Artists. She teaches darkroom printing courses at Aalto University, the Finnish Museum of Photography, and for various communities and associations.
